Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, launch, and operation of customer-facing mobile and full-stack crypto experiences.
- Own end-to-end product flows across mobile interfaces, APIs, service integrations, data and state management, release readiness, and post-launch health.
- Translate wallets, asset movement, and onchain transactions into clear customer experiences.
- Make team-level architecture decisions and communicate tradeoffs involving usability, security, performance, reliability, and delivery speed.
- Build resilient transactional experiences with validation, error handling, recovery paths, testing, and observability.
- Coordinate dependencies across backend, platform, security, compliance, product, and design teams.
- Mentor engineers and improve team standards for mobile architecture, code quality, operational ownership, and customer-centered engineering.
Requirements
- Strong experience building and operating production mobile applications, with the ability to work across APIs and backend services or equivalent full-stack depth with meaningful mobile delivery experience.
- Experience independently leading a medium-term engineering initiative from technical design through production operation.
- Strong foundations in client architecture, state management, API contracts, testing, performance, and reliability.
- Product judgment and experience simplifying complex or high-stakes customer workflows.
- Experience designing and operating transactional or security-sensitive product features.
- Clear technical communication and effective collaboration with product, design, and engineering partners.
- Experience mentoring engineers and improving team-level engineering practices.
- Preferred experience includes crypto, wallet, digital-asset, onchain, fintech, payments, banking, regulated-product, or multi-market product development, along with depth in native or cross-platform mobile ecosystems.
