Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS software solutions.
- Oversee solution configuration, integrations, and software releases.
- Set platform standards for stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and manage the team’s technical execution.
- Make decisions for the team and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve productivity and solution quality.
- Coordinate communication across cross-functional teams to support alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement and technology adoption.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- The additional information states a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is required.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development is required.
- Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
