Responsibilities
- Shape the architecture and design of the CI/CD platform.
- Act as a hands-on senior contributor to deliver solutions.
- Improve engineering efficiency through developer insights.
- Build and refine developer-facing tools and APIs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance developer experience.
Requirements
- Strong experience in building and maintaining reliable systems.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS.
- Familiarity with containerized applications and modern CI/CD platforms.
- Proficient in Linux/Unix and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
- Experience in coding beyond scripting, preferably in Go, Elixir, or Ruby.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and drive initiatives independently.
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
