Responsibilities

Develop and enhance SAP HCM solutions for Payroll in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, Time Management, and Pension.
Analyze, debug, and optimize payroll clusters and time evaluation results.
Implement enhancements, user exits, BADIs, and interface developments using RFC, IDoc, proxies, and APIs.
Support Payroll Year-End activities, follow-up work, and operational troubleshooting.
Manage integrations with SuccessFactors Employee Central and external providers.
Handle ServiceNow incidents and Jira change requests, including effort estimation and implementation.
Collaborate with SAP Basis teams on maintenance, patches, upgrades, and testing.
Provide expert consulting to business stakeholders and support process quality and compliance.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

Proven senior-level expertise in ABAP, ABAP Objects, HR-Forms, and complex SAP HCM custom development.
Deep understanding of Payroll schemas, PCRs, Time Evaluation, and cluster analysis.
Experience with S/4HANA HCM, HANA DB, Fiori, and modernization topics.
Strong knowledge of CPI, RFC, IDoc, and API-based integrations.
Experience with payroll requirements for Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards and quality assurance.
Strong communication, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
Fluent German and English.
