Responsibilities
- Design and implement B2B integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, and Azure App Service.
- Build and test REST and event-driven integrations on IBM webMethods between Salesforce Service Cloud and the enterprise GenAI assistant platform.
- Develop, configure, and maintain secure APIs and service endpoints with strong availability and data integrity.
- Optimize Azure PaaS services for scalability, performance, and reliability using system metrics and user feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Azure architectures.
- Troubleshoot Azure networking, authentication, and data-flow issues and document root causes and solutions.
- Configure and manage Azure SQL databases for integration workflows and efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Integrate Azure Active Directory for authentication and authorization while maintaining organizational security compliance.
- Monitor system performance with Azure Monitor and Application Insights and proactively address improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Experienced integration developer capable of building enterprise integration and middleware solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Azure API Management, Azure Logic Apps, Azure App Service deployment and management, Azure PaaS services, Azure Networking, Azure SQL database integration, and Azure Active Directory configuration.
- Experience developing and managing RESTful APIs and troubleshooting Azure-based integration solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field with coursework in cloud integration and architecture.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate is a desired qualification.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert is a desired qualification.
- Preferred experience includes Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, PowerShell or Azure CLI automation, ARM templates, hybrid cloud integration, Azure monitoring tools, and cloud security frameworks relevant to Azure.
