Base Salary
$220k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical architecture for QualityOS.
- Architect and implement complex distributed systems.
- Lead by example with engineering excellence through hands-on work.
- Bridge product and platform teams to shape shared infrastructure.
- Partner across MES product teams to integrate QualityOS into cohesive experiences.
- Represent the quality domain in broader technical decisions.
- Raise the technical bar for the team through rigorous code review.
- Identify systemic technical issues and create leverage through automation.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction across teams.
- Experience with large enterprise applications and platforms.
- Strong full-stack capabilities with expertise in modern web technologies.
- User-focused engineering mindset to translate user needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- U.S. Person status required for access to export controlled data.
