Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business and technical requirements while working with clients across different domains and industries.
- Produce design deliverables explaining how solutions will meet business and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using best practices and design patterns.
- Conduct unit and manual testing and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and develop solutions to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Plan and organize work, report issues and progress accurately, and identify areas for personal development.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Warsaw and across Europe in an agile international environment.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant IT specialization is required.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming is required.
- Willingness to improve programming skills and work with varied technology platforms and tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
