Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to identify and prioritize high-value use cases with measurable impact.
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack AI-powered solutions.
- Integrate applications with enterprise data, APIs, internal platforms, third-party APIs, and business systems.
- Work directly with stakeholders to support implementation and successful adoption.
- Balance scope, speed, quality, technical execution, business priorities, and user adoption.
- Contribute hands-on to development and troubleshooting when needed.
- Convert successful implementations into reusable tools, frameworks, playbooks, and building blocks.
- Provide feedback to engineering and platform teams on model strengths, limitations, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including frontend, backend, API development, and system architecture.
- 2+ years of production AI experience building and deploying applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
- 3+ years of stakeholder-facing technical delivery experience gathering requirements, identifying use cases, and delivering end-to-end solutions.
- 3+ years of Python and/or JavaScript experience developing, integrating, and troubleshooting production-grade applications.
- 2+ years of API and enterprise systems integration experience.
- 2+ years of cloud experience deploying and maintaining applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- 1–2+ years of experience with AI frameworks and vector search, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, or equivalent technologies.
- 2+ years of end-to-end technical ownership transforming ambiguous business challenges into scalable, production-ready solutions.
