Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and assess technical feasibility.
- Configure and customize NICE Actimize solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop and enhance solution components using SQL, Java, and Actimize tools.
- Assist in integrating Actimize solutions with customer ecosystems.
- Execute functional and technical testing of configurations.
- Support deployments across development, test, and production environments.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve implementation issues.
- Ensure delivery quality, stability, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and senior engineers on implementations.
- Participate in peer code reviews and design discussions.
- Contribute to documentation such as design notes and configuration guides.
- Continuously learn about Actimize products and cloud technologies.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in SDLC, implementation, or application support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Willingness to learn new platforms and business domains.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
