Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend microservices using .NET 8+ and cloud-native, clean architecture principles.
- Develop features, replace legacy components, and maintain a Windows desktop application built with .NET Framework 4.8.
- Configure and optimize agentic development environments and integrate autonomous AI agents into coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and operational workflows.
- Design and implement acceptance and UI test automation and improve long-term test reliability and quality practices.
- Maintain and improve TeamCity and GitLab build pipelines and release workflows.
- Handle vulnerability reports, open-source software clearing, dependency updates, and release compliance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer-side desktop application issues and provide expert technical escalation support.
Requirements
- Hands-on practitioner-level AI development experience with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
- Strong experience with .NET 8+ microservices and .NET Framework 4.8 desktop backend development.
- Deep .NET expertise and mastery of object-oriented design, standard design patterns, clean code, and clean architecture practices.
- Understanding of Docker containerization and Kubernetes or similar orchestration.
- Familiarity with TeamCity and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with test automation frameworks.
- Strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration, curiosity, proactive communication, and continuous-improvement mindset.
- English communication skills for daily collaboration with international colleagues.
