Base Salary
$190k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, high-impact projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers.
- Set technical direction that impacts the engineering team.
- Partner with product managers, Customer Success, and customers to scope and build solutions.
- Build and own Northbeam dashboard and product features from idea through production.
- Develop fullstack web systems and optimize application speed and time to render.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to standardized technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building frontend and backend systems with TypeScript.
- 3+ years of experience with modern component-based libraries such as React.
- Experience creating API services using REST and GraphQL.
- Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
- Ability to deliver production-ready code autonomously while balancing rapid development and maintainability.
- Proven interest and ability to mentor other engineers.
- Preferred: proficiency in Python, design systems, frontend performance optimization, data visualization, or marketing, e-commerce, or ad-tech experience.
