Base Salary
$105k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own high-level Salesforce solution design, architecture documentation, and solution frameworks.
- Evaluate user stories for technical implementation and perform gap analysis between Salesforce capabilities and business needs.
- Maintain Salesforce extensions, third-party integrations, the Salesforce data model, data governance, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with departments and technical teams to identify Salesforce automation opportunities aligned with business goals.
- Provide technical leadership for integration and application development best practices, deployments, testing, and iterative refinement.
- Support complex implementations, code reviews, deployments, troubleshooting, and user support requests.
- Create internal how-to guides and training materials.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend solutions that improve platform performance and user experience.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of previous Salesforce Solution Architect experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and APIs.
- Demonstrated success with complex Salesforce projects involving third-party vendors.
- Understanding of LWC, Apex classes and triggers, and Flows.
- Experience with Salesforce data tools including Data Loader, Workbench, and Visual Studio Code.
- Understanding of deployment toolsets and Azure DevOps or other Agile tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication, data presentation, analytical, process design, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical needs and solutions to non-technical staff and prioritize multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.
- Understanding of Boomi or other integration tools is preferred.
