Base Salary
$184k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using various technologies.
- Partner with stakeholders and vendors to translate business requirements into integration solutions.
- Provide production support for integrations, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across integrations.
- Manage integration deployments and support Workday release cycles.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve integration performance and reliability.
- Promote best practices in integration design and monitoring.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance development and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
- Strong experience with Workday integration tools and APIs.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services technologies.
- Experience with integration middleware or iPaaS solutions is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Workday data models and security framework.
- Familiarity with HR processes and employee lifecycle data.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with monitoring tools and integration error handling.
- Curiosity and experience with AI tools for building solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
