Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance backend systems supporting AI-driven analytics.
- Build and maintain scalable APIs for real-time insights and data retrieval.
- Optimize data-processing pipelines for large-scale structured and unstructured data.
- Ensure security, performance, and reliability across the stack.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and data scientists to deliver features.
- Own key technical decisions while balancing speed and long-term maintainability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience.
- Strong portfolio or GitHub demonstrating backend development expertise.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Rust and experience with scalable backend architecture.
- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or OLAP databases and query optimization.
- Experience designing efficient data pipelines and working with distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of security best practices, API authentication, and performance tuning.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-performance startup environment.
