Responsibilities
- Build software solutions for complex, high-impact problems in financial infrastructure.
- Learn and navigate unfamiliar systems through independent research and mentorship.
- Collaborate with peers on multi-person coding projects and larger initiatives.
- Lead small projects independently and contribute to larger projects.
- Review, refine, and validate AI-assisted development outputs using professional judgment.
- Participate in code reviews and safely update production systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a directly related field by summer 2027, or equivalent work experience.
- No more than 18 months of professional experience, excluding internship experience.
- Programming experience through side projects or classwork.
- Experience from internships or collaborative multi-person coding projects in a university or professional setting.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar systems and understand them through research, mentorship, or subject-matter expertise.
- Clear written communication skills for explaining work to stakeholders and teammates.
- Ability to use AI tools to accelerate development while critically reviewing and validating outputs.
- Preferred: specialized knowledge in frontend, backend, infrastructure, or another technical area alongside broad skills.
- Preferred: familiarity with code review, production updates, large codebases, and independently leading small projects.
