Base Salary
$150k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the full vulnerability lifecycle and respond to external threats.
- Design and build autonomous systems and AI tooling for scalable security.
- Partner with product engineers to ensure secure feature development.
- Shape Persona's presence in the security research community through the bug bounty program.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years in product security.
- Experience translating security risk into product decisions with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to embed security into an engineering team's SDLC without being overly restrictive.
