Responsibilities
- Configure and customize packaged or SaaS applications to align with business requirements.
- Manage software releases and maintain application stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Use APIs, integration techniques, low-code platforms, and standard tools to deliver application solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues and monitor application health.
- Serve as an SME, manage team performance, and make or contribute to decisions affecting multiple teams.
- Optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience.
- At least 7 years of experience with Adobe Workfront Work Management Software.
- Proficiency in Adobe Workfront Work Management Software.
- Experience configuring and customizing packaged or SaaS applications.
- Strong knowledge of APIs and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and maintain application stability and performance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
