Responsibilities
- Design and implement features across the Client Connector Agent service, user-mode UI, RPC server, session handler, data handler, and tunnel telemetry subsystems.
- Diagnose and fix production issues involving service crashes, race conditions, lifetime bugs, and cross-process synchronization.
- Improve the reliability of long-running Windows service code, including cleanup, shutdown, and inter-process communication paths.
- Develop and maintain VDI-specific flows such as SMB tunnel traffic accounting and session lifecycle management.
- Review peer code, improve engineering quality, and mentor engineers on Windows systems programming.
Requirements
- Understand AI/ML technologies and have experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions within a functional domain.
- Have 8+ years of production software engineering experience with strong C++ experience.
- Understand Windows internals, including services, user sessions, security tokens, IPC, and process/thread lifetime.
- Have experience debugging multithreaded C++ issues such as races, deadlocks, iterator invalidation, and use-after-free.
- Have shipped and maintained an enterprise desktop or endpoint product.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with AIOps, AI-driven predictive scaling, automated anomaly detection, WinDbg, ETW, Process Monitor, crash dump analysis, networking, VPN, ZTNA, or secure tunneling.
