Responsibilities
- Design, create, run, and maintain Tide’s mobile product catalogue and new and existing product features.
- Build sleek, high-performance user interfaces and complex mobile applications that are shipped to customers.
- Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions.
- Make technical decisions affecting multiple teams and contribute to engineering practices and guidelines.
- Write testable code, support automation testing, and help maintain a resilient, error-free, and scalable codebase.
- Share knowledge, mentor and collaborate with less experienced engineers, and contribute to the Flutter Community of Practice.
Requirements
- Professional experience working with Flutter as a software engineer.
- Experience with popular Flutter libraries, tools, and the Flutter lifecycle.
- Experience writing testable code and a passion for automation testing.
- Experience building and successfully shipping high-performance user interfaces and complex mobile applications.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and LLMs to improve engineering productivity, software quality, and delivery velocity.
- Interest in working in small, autonomous, agile, multidisciplinary teams and participating in collaborative learning.
