Responsibilities
- Own and evolve internal technical enablement on Contentful product features and best practices.
- Serve as a company-wide subject matter expert by developing prescriptive implementation guidance.
- Establish a strategic technical enablement practice for continuous education and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to evaluate new features and provide actionable feedback.
- Translate customer insights into impactful enablement content with Professional Services.
- Create and maintain a library of enablement materials including usage guidance and architectural recommendations.
- Develop and deliver internal workshops and technical training for diverse audiences.
- Contribute to strategic enablement initiatives like starter kits and maturity models.
- Support Customer Success Managers as a technical advisor during customer engagements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in solutions architecture or technical consulting.
- Deep familiarity with content management systems and modern web development patterns.
- Practitioner-level code proficiency with modern web frameworks and APIs.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for various audiences.
- Strong track record of building and scaling technical enablement programs.
- Experience working with Customer Success or Professional Services teams.
- Excellent consultative and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize customer insights into reusable enablement assets.
- Comfortable taking ownership of strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Experience designing and delivering engaging virtual training and workshops.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.
