Responsibilities

Own and evolve internal technical enablement on Contentful product features and best practices.
Serve as a company-wide subject matter expert by developing prescriptive implementation guidance.
Establish a strategic technical enablement practice for continuous education and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to evaluate new features and provide actionable feedback.
Translate customer insights into impactful enablement content with Professional Services.
Create and maintain a library of enablement materials including usage guidance and architectural recommendations.
Develop and deliver internal workshops and technical training for diverse audiences.
Contribute to strategic enablement initiatives like starter kits and maturity models.
Support Customer Success Managers as a technical advisor during customer engagements.

6+ years of experience in solutions architecture or technical consulting.
Deep familiarity with content management systems and modern web development patterns.
Practitioner-level code proficiency with modern web frameworks and APIs.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for various audiences.
Strong track record of building and scaling technical enablement programs.
Experience working with Customer Success or Professional Services teams.
Excellent consultative and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize customer insights into reusable enablement assets.
Comfortable taking ownership of strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.
Experience designing and delivering engaging virtual training and workshops.
Collaborative mindset with a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.
