Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and technical strategy for implementing and extending high-scale Salesforce managed packages.
- Optimize Leankor by designing custom visual workflows and project management extensions using Kanban, Gantt, and Resource Management components.
- Develop high-performance Apex triggers, controllers, and batch processes plus Lightning Web Components that interact with managed package objects and protected metadata.
- Plan and execute managed package upgrades, including impact analysis of custom triggers, overrides, and integrations.
- Govern namespace prefixes, naming conventions, error handling, and Salesforce best practices across managed and unmanaged boundaries.
- Customize Salesforce and Leankor interfaces using Field Sets, Custom Settings, and Lightning Web Components.
- Design and maintain relationships among standard Salesforce objects, custom objects, and managed package entities, including Field Service Work Orders.
- Support CI/CD deployments and stable migrations across sandbox tiers using Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs and support Field Service mobile customization and offline capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, or MCA; listed fields include Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, and Software Engineering.
- Relevant Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on Field Service.
- Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Field Service Lightning architecture, data model, and functionality.
- Experience customizing the Salesforce Field Service mobile application and its offline capabilities.
- Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs and external-system integrations.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Salesforce data modeling.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices and testing frameworks such as Apex Unit Tests and Jest.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Field Service Lightning Consultant are highly desirable.
- Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud is preferred.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 certification is listed.
- Proficiency in English at C2 level is required.
