Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Research and develop software applications to enhance Inovalon’s offerings.
- Own the design and development of product features for scalability and efficiency.
- Architect and deliver scalable, multi-tiered software applications using modern technologies.
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements and participate in design reviews.
- Adhere to confidentiality and regulatory policies.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for critical issue support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in a test-driven software development environment.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages like C++, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with databases and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
- Strong communication skills and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies.
- Experience delivering solutions within a DevOps model.
