Responsibilities
- Build and customize ServiceNow HRSD and WSD workflows, forms, widgets, and portals.
- Configure HRSD Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events modules.
- Build WSD custom applications and solutions for desk booking, visitor management, and space management.
- Develop integrations with SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, security tools, and other systems using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
- Develop on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor of Engineering, with BE/B.Tech, MBA, or MCA listed as qualifying education.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD/WSD and core platform development.
- Experience implementing REST/SOAP integrations and using Integration Hub.
- ServiceNow HRSD/WSD certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or Certified System Administrator.
- Required skills include DevOps and SRE Observability.
