Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance custom software components and applications using SAP UI5.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams on technical decisions and business-aligned solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and help manage team performance.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance within SAP environments.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on technical solutions and project goals.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development and related front-end technologies and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and collaborative tools.
- 15 years of full-time education.
