Responsibilities

Design and maintain scalable, performant user interfaces with React and modern JavaScript.
Build reusable component libraries and design systems.
Contribute to frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
Own Jenkins CI/CD workflows and manage source control with Bitbucket and Git.
Participate in code reviews, uphold engineering best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted development tools, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and MCP or similar tool-use patterns.
Champion accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces.
Track work in Jira with clear technical scoping.
Write unit tests using tools such as Vitest, React Testing Library, Mocha, or Chai.

Strong JavaScript fundamentals, including ES6+ and asynchronous programming patterns.
At least 5 years of hands-on React experience, including hooks, component composition, performance optimization, and state management with Redux Toolkit or an equivalent.
Experience building or maintaining Node.js backend services, REST APIs, or BFF layers.
Strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills, including semantic markup, responsive layouts, CSS-in-JS, or utility-first frameworks.
Experience with Jira, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, Vite, and/or Webpack.
Practical exposure to AI-assisted development, including LLM coding assistants, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and MCP or similar tool-use patterns.
Experience with micro-frontend architectures and Module Federation.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and their use in frontend architecture.
5 to 9 years of professional frontend engineering experience, including 2 to 4 years working on production React applications at scale.
Preferred experience with SSE or real-time streaming patterns, mentoring or feature-team leadership, TypeScript, Docker, and Kubernetes.
