Responsibilities
- Collaborate with domain experts to translate business needs into effective LLM prompts.
- Develop, test, and refine prompts for varied use cases.
- Work with software developers to integrate LLM solutions into applications.
- Develop a scalable prompt-engineering framework that supports reuse and knowledge sharing.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to improve prompt effectiveness.
- Track LLM advancements and contribute to tool and platform selection decisions.
- Document prompt-engineering processes, best practices, and use-case outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a PhD or master’s degree in a relevant AI, machine learning, data science, or computer science field and 10–15+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with prompt engineering and tools such as OpenAI’s GPT models and Hugging Face.
- Proficiency in Python or other programming languages used in AI/ML development.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and data-processing libraries such as PyTorch, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Experience or internships involving NLP or machine learning projects.
- Familiarity with Git and understanding of traditional industry operations and challenges.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and technical explanation skills.
