Responsibilities
- Collaborate with domain experts to translate business needs into clear and effective LLM prompts.
- Develop, test, and refine prompts for diverse use cases to improve accuracy and relevance.
- Work with software developers to integrate LLM solutions into new and existing applications.
- Contribute to a scalable, reusable prompt-engineering framework and shared knowledge base.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to improve prompt effectiveness.
- Monitor LLM advancements and contribute to tool and platform selection decisions.
- Document prompt-engineering processes, best practices, and use-case outcomes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferred PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with prompt engineering and tools such as OpenAI GPT models and Hugging Face.
- Proficiency in Python or other programming languages used in AI/ML development.
- Experience with machine-learning frameworks such as PyTorch and data-processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Previous experience or internships involving NLP or machine-learning projects.
- Familiarity with Git and understanding of traditional industry operations and challenges.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and attention-to-detail skills.
