Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and testing of Arm/x86-based server platforms.
- Drive innovation in server architecture and contribute to industry standards.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineers on integration and optimization.
- Engage with cross-organizational leads to co-develop the roadmap.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers while providing technical guidance.
- Engage with the Arm ecosystem and industry partners to drive adoption of Arm-based server solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 5 years of experience working with embedded operating systems.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying server solutions.
- Deep understanding of Arm server architecture, including ARMv8, AArch64, and X86.
- Strong understanding of operating systems, virtualization, and cloud computing concepts.
- Track record of leading and contributing to industry standardization efforts.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
