Base Salary

$207k - $300k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, development, and testing of Arm/x86-based server platforms.
  • Drive innovation in server architecture and contribute to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineers on integration and optimization.
  • Engage with cross-organizational leads to co-develop the roadmap.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers while providing technical guidance.
  • Engage with the Arm ecosystem and industry partners to drive adoption of Arm-based server solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
  • 5 years of experience working with embedded operating systems.
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
  • Extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying server solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Arm server architecture, including ARMv8, AArch64, and X86.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, virtualization, and cloud computing concepts.
  • Track record of leading and contributing to industry standardization efforts.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
