Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise data solutions using SQL Server, Informatica, SSIS, SSRS, Power Platform, cloud-native services, and AI technologies.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources across data engineering, reporting, cloud, QA, infrastructure, and risk/security teams.
- Partner with product owners, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define technical strategies and scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing across data engineering, cloud modernization, Power Platform, and AI capabilities.
- Participate in Scrum, Scrum of Scrums, technical lead reviews, management reviews, and governance meetings.
- Evaluate resource capacity, identify staffing needs, and support contractor and consulting requirements.
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for engineering and data-focused roles.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training, time reporting, and operational governance processes.

- Deep expertise in data engineering, cloud technologies, reporting platforms, and AI-driven innovation.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise data solutions with SQL Server, Informatica, SSIS, SSRS, Power Platform, cloud-native services, and AI technologies.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor teams, define scalable technical strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with resource planning, technical interviews, governance, and operational compliance processes.
