Responsibilities

Build agents on AWS Bedrock for document generation, data validation, and case intake use cases.
Implement Fargate task logic using established event-driven service patterns, including mail- and chatbot-triggered tasks.
Integrate Microsoft Graph API and Teams for message consumption, file handling, callbacks, and output delivery.
Maintain prompt and agent configurations with guardrails and escalation to human reviewers for non-standard cases.
Unit- and integration-test agent outputs against accuracy and turnaround-time KPIs.
Deploy and maintain chatbot-triggered document-processing Fargate services and integrate third-party extraction tooling.
Build extraction pipelines for structured and semi-structured documents across varying quality and formats.
Collaborate with QA and compliance teams on audit-trail requirements and tune extraction accuracy before production handover.

8+ years of software engineering experience.
3+ years building LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent orchestration frameworks.
Working knowledge of AWS Bedrock APIs, Python, and event-driven service patterns using SQS/SNS consumers.
4+ years of experience in document processing, OCR, or intelligent document processing roles.
Hands-on experience with AWS Textract or an equivalent tool and Azure Document Intelligence.
Experience with financial services or regulated documents is preferred; domain process exposure is not required because training is provided.
