Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and hands-on implementation of custom enterprise use cases on InSight® DXP.
- Build automated ingestion data pipelines, custom API connections, and intelligent document processing workflows.
- Configure and tune machine learning models, document AI extraction pipelines, and Human-in-the-Loop validation workflows.
- Benchmark throughput and p95 processing latency against customer non-functional requirements.
- Design for enterprise security, high availability, disaster recovery, and multi-tenant data isolation.
- Develop version-controlled repositories, reusable integration patterns, and standardized solution blueprints.
- Mentor customer developers and system integrator teams during cloud migrations and platform implementation.
- Support technical pitches and execute customer proofs of concept with account teams.
- Relay technical edge cases, model performance data, and customer feedback to Core Engineering for roadmap development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering supporting enterprise cloud platforms.
- Hands-on proficiency with Python, Bash, SQL, and REST or GraphQL API integration development.
- Strong technical background in GCP or Azure infrastructure, MongoDB or PostgreSQL, and cloud-native serverless architecture.
- Practical expertise in document classification, OCR/ICR extraction, schema design, and model fine-tuning.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with creative problem-solving, continuous learning, and a bias for action.
