Base Salary
$70k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement SiteVault eISF and CTMS solutions in alignment with customer goals and sales expectations.
- Build relationships with customer decision-makers and serve as a key point of contact.
- Support renewal efforts and guide customers through renewal processes.
- Create and maintain automated onboarding for free SiteVault customers and provide light-touch HubSpot support.
- Lead year-end customer reviews, gather insights, and initiate renewal discussions.
- Provide customer and industry feedback to the product team.
- Travel approximately 10%, with travel potentially reaching 20%.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of enterprise software implementation experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a relevant field.
- Based in North America.
- Customer-facing consulting experience delivering workshops, developing customer relationships, and gathering requirements from business and system stakeholders.
- Ability to understand requirements quickly, create corresponding solutions, and take a hands-on approach.
- Clinical research experience at a site is preferred.
- Experience with SaaS or cloud-based site CTMS or eISF systems is preferred.
- Experience using HubSpot is preferred.
