Responsibilities
- Act as a key partner to stakeholders, refining business objectives into technical solutions.
- Lead project life-cycles from discovery to global rollout with full ownership.

- Extend Jira and Confluence capabilities through custom scripting and APIs.
- Design and implement robust yet flexible Jira configurations.
- Utilize advanced reporting to provide visibility into operational health.
- Mentor teams on best practices and maintain high-quality documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Jira, JSM, and Confluence administration.
- Comfortable working from high-level briefs and conducting discovery processes.
- Experience in a regulated financial services environment is a strong plus.
- Deep proficiency in JQL, Automations, Atlassian APIs, and Scriptrunner (Groovy).
- Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in workflow customization and stakeholder management.
