Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to enhance product vision.
- Serve as a technical solutions expert, advising and troubleshooting for clients.
- Gather client requirements and lead the solution design process.
- Develop features based on customer needs and extend Workato connector capabilities.
- Work with Product and Engineering to review customer feedback and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Accelerate development for roadmap features addressing specific customer requirements.
- Contribute to Workato’s knowledge base to improve internal processes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service experiences.
Requirements
- Preferred background in information systems, computing, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10-15 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of technology trends, especially in app integration.
- Proficient in RESTful APIs and JSON data structures.
- Previous coding experience or development background is required.
- Knowledge of RDBMS and familiarity with SOAP/XML is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in architecting solutions for on-premise, cloud, and hybrid scenarios.
- Experience with cloud business apps like Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Marketo is advantageous.
- Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and analytical skills are essential.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
