Base Salary
$157k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Build custom Salesforce components, automation workflows, integrations, and Enterprise Territory Management features.
- Lead the design and deployment of multi-tenant Salesforce architecture with tenant-specific encryption, HSM-backed controls, and role-based access controls.
- Optimize Salesforce API jobs for performance and scalability in large Salesforce organizations.
- Provide technical support for CRM rollouts, including live training, troubleshooting, hotfix deployment, and critical production issue resolution.
- Review, maintain, debug, and assure the quality of code entering the codebase.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with business systems analysts, architects, product owners, and quality engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Six years of experience in the job offered or a related role.
- Six years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Aura/LWC.
- Five years of experience leading CRM projects with large user bases and leading end-to-end global Salesforce CRM deployments across multiple regions.
- Five years of experience debugging complex implementations and working with RESTful and SOAP web services, Salesforce APIs, and third-party enterprise integrations.
- Five years of experience collaborating with business systems analysts, architects, product owners, and quality engineers in an Agile team.
- Three years of experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
