Responsibilities
- Execute website testing on mobile phones and desktop devices.
- Verify that website presence and functionality match client specifications.
- Report bugs and maintain issue updates using platforms such as JIRA.
- Provide daily reports and maintain internal trackers for ticket status and project requirements.
- Report issues affecting internal production tools.
- Coordinate with Paris project managers and Manila, Cebu, and global counterparts.
- Participate in training sessions, daily calls, and monthly meetings.
- Handle QA production requests with training and lead supervision.
Requirements
- Graduate of Information Technology or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in a similar role or internship experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of manual QA and QA automation.
- Knowledge of responsive and e-commerce websites and mobile and desktop quality assurance.
- Basic website design and responsiveness experience.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive audits and QA tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks and adapt to changing deadlines and time pressure.
- Willingness to work a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a distributed, remote, and collaborative global team environment.
- Preferred knowledge of JIRA Cloud, Confluence, QA automation languages, Looker Studio, OnCrawl, and Screaming Frog.
- Basic experience with SEO testing and familiarity with AI tools are nice to have.
