Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Rapidly build, ship, and test applications on the company’s AI platform.
- Work deeply in AI systems while writing traditional application code.
- Use AI to automate and improve engineering workflows.
- Serve as a thought leader in enterprise AI.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers.
- Guide early technical architecture decisions.
- Establish the engineering culture and standards.
- Partner with Product on team vision, strategy, roadmap, innovative solutions, and technical limitations.
- Drive key business metrics and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in one or more programming languages, with 8+ years also stated in the job overview.
- Experience owning new products from zero to one, including system design, implementation, and deployment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript is preferred.
- Experience with LLM Operations and prompt engineering is preferred.
- Ability to provide technical thought leadership, work autonomously on ambiguous problems, and mentor junior engineers.
