Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Rapidly build, ship, and test new applications on top of our AI platform.
- Engage deeply with AI systems and write traditional application code.
- Automate tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Provide thought leadership in the enterprise AI space.
- Mentor and manage junior engineers.
- Guide early technical architecture decisions.
- Establish and promote the engineering culture.
- Collaborate with the product team on vision and strategy.
- Drive key business metrics.
- Foster a fun and engaging work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
- 10+ years of professional experience in programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Go.
- Experience in owning new products from design to deployment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with LLM Operations and prompt engineering is a plus.
