$162k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise services for identity, access management, SaaS integrations, MDM, endpoints, and internal tooling.
- Build infrastructure-as-code, configuration-as-code, CI/CD patterns, reusable modules, templates, and engineering standards.
- Automate onboarding, transfers, offboarding, RBAC and SCIM provisioning, and policy enforcement across core enterprise systems.
- Define and measure SLOs; create dashboards, alerts, and runbooks; participate in incident response and on-call operations.
- Partner with Security, Finance, Legal, and Procurement on SaaS governance, license optimization, risk controls, and auditable workflows.
- Deliver cross-functional initiatives end to end, including specifications, stakeholder alignment, launch risk reduction, documentation, and durable implementation.
Requirements
- Proven impact delivering multi-stakeholder engineering projects that improve reliability, efficiency, or employee experience at scale.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD for identity, SaaS, or internal platform configuration, including Terraform or comparable tools.
- Strong background in identity and access management integrations, including SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, RBAC, and ABAC.
- Proficiency building API-integrated automations and internal tooling for systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.
- Operational experience defining SLOs, building dashboards, alerts, and runbooks, and participating in on-call and incident response.
- Clear communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across Security, Finance, Legal, and Platform teams.
- Ability to work from or relocate to New York City or Pittsburgh.
- Preferred experience with SaaS governance, license optimization, joiner/mover/leaver automation, data pipelines, policy guardrails, internal platform standards, MDM or endpoint fleet automation, and enterprise incident leadership.
