Base Salary
$160k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build production software while leading a small team of engineers.
- Own complex technical initiatives from architecture through production.
- Define engineering standards and architectural direction.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to engineers.
- Break large product initiatives into executable engineering plans and remove technical blockers.
- Partner with Product and Design to deliver customer-facing features and balance shipping velocity with maintainability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building production software.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring engineers.
- Proven ability to deliver large technical projects while remaining hands-on.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
- Excellent software design and architectural judgment.
- Comfort working across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and design.
