Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert across relevant business and technical domains.
- Lead planning, execution, and release of complex technical projects across multiple teams.
- Own medium to large features or infrastructure projects from technical design through completion.
- Collaborate with partners, product managers, and designers to solve challenging problems.
- Lead and mentor engineers and engineering teams while setting technical direction and improving engineering practices.
- Ensure delivery of large or complex technology capabilities across one or multiple domains.
- Identify and mitigate cross-team project risks and promote collaboration with internal customers.
- Influence technical and product roadmap prioritization and contribute to organization-wide initiatives.
- Reduce failure domains, build software that minimizes maintenance and failure impact, and guide development of SLOs.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 5+ years leading cross-pod or cross-company deliverables.
- 5+ years leading technical contributions and improving the quality of team output.
- 5+ years applying computer science concepts in an engineering team.
- 5+ years setting and enforcing standards for stable, correct, and maintainable code.
- 5+ years leading technical teams, including mentoring and training junior engineers.
