Responsibilities
- Serve as a skilled Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash Techno-Functional professional.
- Apply functional expertise and hands-on technical knowledge in integrations and reporting.
- Support end-to-end O2C processes including Customer Setup, Order Management, and Billing.
- Capture and analyze customer business requirements for Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
- Coordinate design and translate requirements into ERP configurations.
- Leverage SQL and reporting tools for data-driven insights.
- Drive calls with O2C Business stakeholders to assess priorities and enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders using various tools.
- Oversee deployment of new software releases and manage critical incidents.
- Support SOX compliance by preparing evidence for audits.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and develop implementation plans.
- Apply Agile methodology across development and integration activities.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of IT systems experience with expertise in Order to Cash processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules.
- Experience in subscription and usage-based billing environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to engage empathetically with stakeholders across all levels.
