Responsibilities

  • Lead production support for o9 supply planning processes, planning runs, master data, transactional data, and user-impacting issues.
  • Drive issue triage and root cause analysis across o9, integrations, job schedules, reporting systems, and related planning technologies.
  • Partner with business, product, engineering, integration, and platform teams to resolve incidents, validate fixes, and support system releases.
  • Improve operational reliability through monitoring, alerting, reconciliation, exception handling, support runbooks, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement AI and automation opportunities including automated triage, ticket summarization, knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, and anomaly detection.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, supply chain planning systems, production operations, or integration platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience with o9.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of supply planning processes, planning exceptions, master data, and end-to-end planning system dependencies.
  • Experience troubleshooting o9 or comparable advanced planning platforms, including integrations, interfaces, batch jobs, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools, plus exposure to AI-driven support automation, monitoring tools, and IT service management processes.
