Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship AI-powered automations for Finance operations.
- Turn complex Accounting and Finance problems into clear system designs and implementation plans.
- Automate workflows using SQL, Python, and agentic AI.
- Maintain clean, auditable data throughout automated workflows.
- Partner with internal SOX team and external auditors for compliance.
- Build AI literacy across the Finance team through documentation and training.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building automation, operational workflows, or data systems.
- Familiarity with LLM deployment and context engineering.
- Comfortable writing SQL or Python code.
- Understanding of machine learning lifecycle concepts.
- Strong systems thinking and design skills.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
