Base Salary
$136k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define roadmaps and architectures based on technology and business needs.
- Lead multi-person projects from ideation through successful execution and obtain cross-team buy-in.
- Write clear design documentation and well-crafted, tested, readable, maintainable code.
- Use Python, Golang, and AWS to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, incident resolution, tech talks, mentorship, and engineering best-practice evangelism.
Requirements
- BS/MS or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering industry experience.
- Extensive object-oriented programming experience, ideally with GoLang or Python.
- Backend development experience with large-scale distributed systems and concurrency.
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners.
