Base Salary
$136k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Help define the roadmap and architecture based on technology and business needs.
- Unblock, support, and communicate effectively across teams to achieve results.
- Lead projects from idea to execution with multiple team members.
- Write clear, scalable design documentation and maintainable code.
- Utilize expertise in Python, Golang, and AWS to deliver robust solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and distribute knowledge.
- Proactively resolve ongoing incidents and share knowledge through mentorship.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Extensive experience in object-oriented programming, ideally in GoLang or Python.
- Experience in backend development of large-scale distributed systems and concurrency.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
