Responsibilities
- Lead development of responsive, scalable, and high-performing web applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Drive front-end architecture decisions, coding standards, performance optimization, and development best practices.
- Design and consume APIs and support integration across applications and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, client teams, and distributed technology partners to translate requirements into solutions.
- Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices for reliable software deployments.
- Use GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and troubleshooting.
- Mentor development team members and contribute to technical problem solving across the application lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications with React.js and Node.js.
- Experience leading UI development initiatives and collaborating with distributed delivery teams.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and application integration patterns.
- Experience with modern software development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent.
- Experience with Azure or AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Knowledge of front-end architecture, performance optimization, security best practices, technical design discussions, Agile methodologies, and distributed team environments is preferred.
