Responsibilities
- Develop and configure software systems across specific stages or the full product lifecycle.
- Customize and integrate PTC Windchill within complex software environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software deployment and maintenance issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and support timely delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in PTC Windchill is stated in the additional requirements.
- Proficiency in PTC Windchill is required.
- Strong understanding of software configuration management and product lifecycle management concepts.
- Experience with system integration and customization in complex software environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot software deployment and maintenance issues.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and collaborative engineering tools.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
