Base Salary
$143k - $243k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable, reusable software components with emphasis on performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into well-architected solutions and own features from design through delivery.
- Build intuitive and extensible user experiences using modern UI frameworks.
- Design and implement new products and features while enhancing existing product capabilities.
- Integrate automated testing into development workflows and develop functional, regression, integration, and performance test strategies.
- Participate in design and code reviews and promote engineering craftsmanship, quality practices, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex systems and optimize performance across the stack.
- Use and validate AI-powered tools and workflows, including datasets, model predictions, and inference consistency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with a record of delivering high-quality products.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Selenium, or TestNG and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of software quality principles including reliability, observability, and production readiness.
- Experience with AI-powered tools or workflows, including validation of datasets, model predictions, and inference consistency.
- Comfort with IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systems.
- Ability to apply critical thinking to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

- Base pay is $143,200 - $243,400 per year, plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.
