Base Salary
$143k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable software components focused on performance and reliability.
- Translate product requirements into well-architected solutions and own features from design through delivery.
- Build intuitive and extensible user experiences using modern UI frameworks.
- Develop new products and features and enhance existing product capabilities.
- Integrate automated testing into development workflows.
- Participate in design and code reviews focused on performance, maintainability, and testability.
- Develop functional, regression, integration, and performance test strategies.
- Share engineering and quality best practices and promote craftsmanship and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of software engineering experience delivering high-quality products.
- At least 1 year of practical experience with AI/ML-powered features, agentic systems, or LLM-based tooling.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.
- Experience with Angular and/or React.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Experience with API-driven development and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in complex distributed systems.
- Experience validating datasets, model predictions, and inference consistency in AI-powered tools or workflows.
- Exposure to Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Comfort with IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systems.
