Base Salary
$126k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable software using sound engineering architecture and development practices.
- Partner with developers and product owners to understand requirements and own code through design, implementation, test automation, and delivery.
- Design simple-to-use software that enables customers to extend and customize functionality.
- Design and implement new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.
- Use development tools such as IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and Unix system administration tools.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance and scale considerations.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web services.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts; hands-on experience with LLMs or AI APIs is a plus.
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as Claude, Windsurf, or Cursor is preferred.
