Responsibilities
- Build new integrations end-to-end and contribute to the supporting platform.
- Identify patterns across integrations to create shared abstractions.
- Work with various integration models beyond standard APIs, including webhooks and iPaaS bridges.
- Refine and improve existing code while creating new solutions.
- Engage with users to gain insights into how integrations impact their daily tasks.
Requirements
- A track record of building or operating integrations, data pipelines, or ingestion systems at multi-tenant scale.
- At least 5 years of experience in building scalable, observable SaaS systems.
- Strong fluency in TypeScript and Node.js, with knowledge of AWS primitives.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API design, webhook patterns, and OAuth flows.
- Ability to write modular, documented, and idempotent code.
- Experience reviewing pull requests with attention to detail.
- Fluency with AI coding tools as a productivity enhancer.
- Confidence in problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
